Rotary Screen
The rotary screen mainly cosists of motor, gear box, rotary drum device, frame, seal cover, material inlet and material outlet. The rotary drum Rotary Screen device is mounted on the frame aslant. Through gear box, the motor and the rotary drum device is connected together by the coupling joint and the motor drives the rotary drum device to move around its axis. When entering the rotary drum device, the materials on the surface of the screen will turn over and rotate due to the tilting and turning of the rotary drum device, the qualified materials (under size) will be discharged through the outer screen and the unqualified materials (products on the screen ) will be discharged from the end of the rotary drum.
Main functins
1. Separating the larger Rotary Screen and small stone particle in the quarry , and separating the earth and the stone powder.
2. Separating the sand and stone in the quarry.　　
3. Separating the lump coal and pulverized coal and washing coal(as one part of the coal washing machine)　in the mining industry.
4. Separating larger and smaller lump material and powder in Chemical and mineral separating industry.
