Principle of Operation
Reaction crusher breaks materials with striking energy. In working, driven by motor, rotor will rotate at high speed and the materials will enter into the active region of plate hammer, crushed when impacting with the plate hammer on rotor and then thrown onto the reaction Reaction Crusher equipment for repeated crushing, followed by being rebounded from reaction lining board to the active region of plate hammer for repeated crushing. The process repeats again and again. Materials will be crushed for three times until required particle size is obtained, it will be discharged from the discharging port. Through adjustment of the gap between reaction framework and rotor, discharging particle size and shape of materials could be adjusted. Stone materials fall onto the rotation disc moving at high speed from the upper of the machine, collide with other flying stones shunted in a manner of umbrella and moving around the rotation disc at a high speed under high-speed centrifugal force. After collision, stones would form a vortex between rotation disc and main case, resulting to times of collision, friction and cruising, discharged from the lower channel, forming a closed repeated circulation. Screen device is adopted to control the particle size desired.
