Product Introduction
The magnetic roller also called magnetic pulley is divided to be permanent-magnetic and electromagnetic. The diameter of the roller varies from Φ600mm to Φ1200mm. The Permanent-magnetic Roller corresponding belt conveyer has a width of 650-1400mm.
Product Application
1. Roughing of the lean iron ore after preliminary or secondary grinding to exclude such waste rocks as country rocks, improve the grade and reduce the load on the next procedure.
2. Separation of the raw hematite which has not been fully reduced in the closed circuit calcination for further calcination.
3. Removal of iron in the petuntse in ceramic industry so as to improve the ceramic product quality
4. De-ironing required by such Permanent-magnetic Roller industries as fire coal, foundry sand, fire-resistant material and so on.
