微软成立风投部门！我认为这是个大动作！除了鼓励内部，同时也投资外部，以微软的营销、销售、技术、网络等等全方位的资源，如果能被其投中，成功的几率会增加很多很多！

微软风投主要投资：商业增长性强，客户发展性强，行业突出科技，美观可用产品。特别热心投资一些年轻的B2B项目，以便利用微软现有网络和客户进行拓展！

目前微软风投在北京、巴黎、西雅图、印度班加罗尔、以色列特拉维夫设有加速器分部，近期德国柏林、莫斯科、巴西里约热内卢也将开设加速器分部。

从网站上看，投资分为种子基金和加速器，然后还建立了社区和免费工具区，让大家可以免费获取帮助和使用微软的工具来创作。对于有才华的创作者来说，的确是个好地方展示产品和想法。
